This Summer Sunset S’mores Shake is a creamy, dreamy blend of vanilla ice cream, marshmallow fluff, chocolate syrup, and crushed graham crackers—topped with toasted marshmallows and whipped cream. A frozen twist on the campfire classic, perfect for hot days and sweet nights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream

  • 1 cup milk (adjust to desired thickness)

  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff or cream

  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup

  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers

  • Whipped cream (for topping)

  • 2 jumbo marshmallows (toasted)

  • Optional: caramel drizzle

Instructions

  • Prepare the Glasses:
Drizzle chocolate syrup inside each glass and freeze for 5 minutes to set the swirl.

  • Make the Shake:
In a blender, combine vanilla ice cream, milk, and marshmallow fluff. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour & Layer:
Pour the shake into prepared glasses. Top with whipped cream, crushed graham crackers, and optional chocolate or caramel drizzle.

  • Torch the Marshmallows:
Toast marshmallows using a kitchen torch or under a broiler. Skewer and place on top as a garnish.

  • Serve Immediately and enjoy your summer-inspired treat!

Notes

  • Adjust milk for a thicker or thinner shake.

  • For a richer twist, blend in a scoop of chocolate or coffee ice cream.

  • Use flavored graham crackers (like cinnamon) for an extra kick.
