Description

This Strawberry Mousse with Condensed Milk is a creamy, fruity dessert that’s quick to prepare with just a few ingredients. Perfect for summer, it’s light, refreshing, and bursting with strawberry flavor!

Ingredients

  • 300 g (10 oz) fresh or frozen strawberries

  • 1 can (395 g / 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 can (200 g / 7 oz) cream (or use heavy cream)

  • 1 envelope (12 g / ~1 tbsp) unflavored gelatin

  • 3 tablespoons water

Instructions

  • Blend the strawberries until smooth.

  • Sprinkle the gelatin over water and let it bloom for 5 minutes. Heat gently until completely dissolved.

  • In a blender, combine strawberry puree, condensed milk, cream, and dissolved gelatin. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  • Pour mixture into serving cups or a large dish. Refrigerate for 3–4 hours until set.

  • Decorate with fresh strawberries if desired.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice or vanilla extract.

  • You can swap strawberries for raspberries or mixed berries.

  • Best served chilled; store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
