Ingredients

Instructions
Step 1: Dough Preparation

Combine lukewarm milk and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until frothy.

In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt. Add yeast mixture, butter, egg, and vanilla. Mix and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth.

Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled.
Step 2: Cheesecake Filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth.

Add sugar, vanilla, flour, and sour cream. Beat until fully combined. Set aside.
