Description

Ingredients

  • 12 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds (if using), honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
  3. Fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Seal the jar or cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4-6 hours.
  5. In the morning, stir the oats, add a splash of milk if too thick, and top with extra strawberries or a dollop of yogurt if desired.
