Description

These Quick & Delicious Pizza Bombs are the ultimate snack idea—crispy biscuit dough filled with gooey mozzarella and mini pepperoni. Perfect for parties, game nights, or whenever you’re craving pizza in bite-sized form. Ready in just 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough

  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices

  • 1/4 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Prepare the Dough: Open biscuit dough and separate into 8 biscuits. Flatten each into a small circle.

  • Fill the Pizza Bombs: Place 1 tbsp mozzarella and a few pepperoni slices in the center of each dough circle.

  • Seal the Dough: Fold dough edges over filling and pinch to seal into a ball. Place seam-side down on the sheet.

  • Brush with Butter: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Brush over each pizza bomb.

  • Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden and puffed.

  • Serve & Enjoy: Cool slightly, then serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

  • ✔️ For extra crispiness, sprinkle Parmesan on top before baking.

  • ✔️ Add spice with red pepper flakes or jalapeños.

  • ✔️ Swap pepperoni for sausage, bacon, or veggies to customize.

  • ✔️ Assemble ahead and chill for up to 24 hours before baking.
