Description

These Quick and Easy Brownies are the ultimate solution for your chocolate cravings—rich, fudgy, and ready in just 30 minutes! Made with simple pantry ingredients, they’re perfect for last-minute desserts or weekday indulgences.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk melted butter, eggs, and vanilla until well combined.

  • Gradually stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

  • Fold in chocolate chips if using.

  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.

  • Let brownies cool in the pan before slicing into squares.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the brownies moist and fudgy.

  • Optional add-ins: nuts, espresso powder, or a swirl of peanut butter.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
