Ingredients
For the Peanut Butter Dough:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

For the Brownie Dough:

1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar, packed

1 large egg
-
1 tsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup all-purpose flour

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Prepare the Peanut Butter Dough:

Cream together softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in egg and vanilla until well combined.

In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually mix dry ingredients into the peanut butter mixture. Set aside.
Prepare the Brownie Dough:

Whisk melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.

Stir in egg and vanilla extract.

In another bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.

Gradually combine with the wet ingredients until smooth.
Create the Swirl and Bake:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take 1 tablespoon of each dough and gently press together. Roll into a ball, keeping a visible swirl.

Place on baking sheet with room to spread.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until edges are set but centers are slightly soft.

Let cool on sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to wire rack.
