Ingredients

1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened

1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip or whipped topping

2/3 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

24-26 Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)
Instructions

Place Oreos in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin or spoon.

Spoon 1½–2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of 6 dessert cups (¾ to 1 cup size). Set aside.

In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and mix.

Gently fold in Cool Whip until incorporated. Fold in the remaining crushed Oreos.

Divide filling evenly among dessert cups, gently pressing over the crust.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.
