Description

These Oreo No-Bake Cheesecake Cups are the ultimate quick and creamy dessert. Made with just 5 simple ingredients, they’re a dreamy combo of crushed Oreos, whipped cheesecake filling, and no oven required! Perfect for summer parties, BBQs, or when you’re short on time.


Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz) block of cream cheese, softened

  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip or whipped topping

  • 2/3 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

 

  • 24-26 Oreo cookies (plus extra for topping)


Instructions

  • Place Oreos in a sealed plastic bag and crush with a rolling pin or spoon.

  • Spoon 1½–2 tablespoons of crushed Oreos into the bottom of 6 dessert cups (¾ to 1 cup size). Set aside.

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy. Add vanilla and mix.

  • Gently fold in Cool Whip until incorporated. Fold in the remaining crushed Oreos.

  • Divide filling evenly among dessert cups, gently pressing over the crust.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour.

 

  • Top with more crushed Oreos and a dollop of whipped cream before serving.


Notes

  • For a parfait-style presentation, layer crushed Oreos and filling alternately.

  • Swap in flavored Oreos like mint or peanut butter for fun twists.

 

  • Add ½ tsp peppermint extract for a refreshing minty version.
