Description

These Orange Creamsicle Truffles are rich, creamy, and bursting with fresh citrus flavor! With silky white chocolate, zesty orange, and a sweet powdered sugar coating, these easy no-bake truffles are perfect for holidays, parties, or gifting.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter

  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

  • 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream

  • 1/2 teaspoon orange extract

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 drop orange food coloring

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for coating)


Instructions

Melt the chocolate: Place white chocolate chips in a medium bowl and set aside.

2️⃣ Make the orange cream: In a small saucepan, melt butter with orange zest over medium heat. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

3️⃣ Combine: Pour cream mixture through a sieve over the white chocolate chips to strain out the zest. Let sit 1–2 minutes, then whisk until smooth.

4️⃣ Add flavor and color: Stir in orange extract, vanilla, and food coloring. Whisk until fully combined. Microwave in short bursts if mixture needs help melting.

5️⃣ Chill: Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 30–60 minutes until firm.

6️⃣ Shape truffles: Scoop and roll into 1–1.5 tablespoon balls. Roll in powdered sugar to coat.

7️⃣ Set: Refrigerate truffles another 30–60 minutes until firm.

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
