- 8 oz penne or rotini pasta (uncooked)

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add sausage and cook until browned, about 3–4 minutes.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until fragrant and soft, about 2–3 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, diced tomatoes, heavy cream, and uncooked pasta. Stir in Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender.
- Stir in cheese until melted and creamy.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
