- 1 scoop vegan protein powder (vanilla or plain)

- 1 teaspoon maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup ice (optional, for thickness)
Instructions
- Add the almond milk to a blender first.
- Add frozen mango, cauliflower, peanut butter, protein powder, cinnamon, and maple syrup if using.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides if needed.
- Add ice if desired for a thicker consistency and blend again.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
