Description

These No-Bake Oreo Bars are creamy, dreamy, and packed with cookies-and-cream flavor! With a buttery Oreo crust, a smooth cream cheese filling, and crushed Oreos throughout, this easy dessert is perfect for parties, potlucks, or any time you need a quick and indulgent treat.


Ingredients

Base Layer:

  • 36 Oreo cookies (1 standard package)

  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

Creamy Filling:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (like Cool Whip), thawed

  • 10 Oreo cookies, crushed

Topping (Optional):

  • Crushed Oreos

  • Chocolate drizzle or ganache

  • Whipped cream


Instructions

  • Prepare the Pan:
    Line an 8×8 or 9×9-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving extra for easy lifting.

  • Make the Crust:
    Pulse 36 Oreos (with filling) in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Add melted butter and blend until combined. Press the mixture into the pan. Chill while preparing the filling.

  • Make the Filling:
    In a bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla, beat until fluffy. Fold in whipped topping, then gently mix in 10 crushed Oreos.

  • Assemble the Bars:
    Spread the cream mixture over the crust evenly. Smooth the top.

  • Chill to Set:
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.

  • Top and Serve:
    Before serving, sprinkle extra crushed Oreos and drizzle with chocolate or ganache. Slice and enjoy!
