Description

Nama Chocolate is a rich, smooth, and creamy Japanese-style chocolate that melts in your mouth. It’s made with high-quality chocolate and cream, then dusted with cocoa powder for an elegant finish.


Ingredients

  • 400g dark chocolate (preferably 60-70% cocoa)
  • 200ml heavy cream
  • 30g unsalted butter
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting

Instructions

  1. Chop the dark chocolate into small pieces and place in a heatproof bowl.
  2. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat until just before it starts to boil.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chopped chocolate and let it sit for a minute to soften the chocolate.
  4. Stir the mixture gently until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.
  5. Add the butter and stir until fully incorporated and glossy.
  6. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined square or rectangular mold and smooth the surface.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until fully set.
  8. Once set, remove from the mold and cut into bite-sized squares using a warm knife.
  9. Dust generously with cocoa powder before serving.
