- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- Optional: sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for dipping
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
- Use cookie cutters to cut fun shapes out of the tortillas.
- On half of the cutouts, sprinkle cheese and desired fillings (chicken, peppers).
- Top with another tortilla cutout to form a sandwich.
- Brush both sides with olive oil or melted butter.
- Cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving with dips.
