Description

Mini quesadillas cut into fun shapes, perfect for kids and parties. These cheesy snacks are easy to make and customizable with various fillings.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
  • Optional: sour cream, salsa, or guacamole for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  2. Use cookie cutters to cut fun shapes out of the tortillas.
  3. On half of the cutouts, sprinkle cheese and desired fillings (chicken, peppers).
  4. Top with another tortilla cutout to form a sandwich.
  5. Brush both sides with olive oil or melted butter.
  6. Cook in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving with dips.
