Description

These Irresistible Tiramisu Truffles bring all the flavors of classic tiramisu into bite-sized, creamy, coffee-kissed treats. Made with mascarpone, espresso, ladyfingers, and dark chocolate, they’re the perfect no-bake dessert for coffee and chocolate lovers—ideal for gifting, parties, or anytime indulgence!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup ladyfinger cookies, crushed

  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese

  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tbsp brewed espresso, cooled

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 cup dark chocolate, melted

  • Cocoa powder (for coating)


Instructions

  • Prepare the Mixture:
    In a bowl, mix crushed ladyfinger cookies, mascarpone, powdered sugar, espresso, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Stir in the melted dark chocolate until fully combined.

  • Cover and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, until the mixture is firm enough to shape.

  • Using a small scoop or your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.

  • Roll each truffle in cocoa powder, shaking off any excess.

  • Chill truffles for another 30 minutes to set.

  • Serve and enjoy, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.


Notes

  • For extra flavor, dust with a mix of cocoa and espresso powder.

  • Can be dipped in melted chocolate for a smooth outer shell instead of cocoa powder.
