- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup Greek salad dressing
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and Kalamata olives.
- Add sliced grilled chicken on top.
- Sprinkle with crumbled feta cheese.
- Drizzle Greek dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
