Description

This Greek Yogurt Cookie Dough is a creamy, high-protein snack or dessert made in just 5 minutes! Packed with peanut butter, protein powder, and chocolate chips, it’s a low-carb, gluten-free, and guilt-free alternative to traditional cookie dough—perfect for healthy snacking or post-workout treats.

Ingredients

  • 180 grams Greek yogurt

  • 15 grams whey protein powder (vanilla, cookie dough, or unflavored)

  • 20 grams creamy peanut butter

  • Sweetener of choice, to taste (e.g., stevia, monk fruit, maple syrup)

  • 1 tsp chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, peanut butter, and your preferred sweetener. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  • Adjust Consistency: If the dough is too thick, add a splash of milk until desired texture is reached.

  • Add Chocolate Chips: Fold in chocolate chips evenly throughout.

  • Serve or Chill: Enjoy right away, or refrigerate for a cool, thicker texture later.

Notes

  • Use different protein powder flavors like chocolate or strawberry for fun variations.

  • Swap Greek yogurt with a plant-based yogurt for a vegan version.

  • Add-ins like chopped nuts, dried fruit, cinnamon, or coconut flakes work great for variety.

  • Store in the fridge for up to 2 days. Add a splash of milk to refresh the consistency if needed.
