Description

These Garlic Parmesan Chicken Skewers are juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection in the air fryer. A quick and delicious option for a weeknight meal or party appetizer.

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes if using.
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Thread the chicken onto skewers.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Place the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
  8. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the skewers during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
