- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
- Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes if using.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the chicken cubes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the skewers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the skewers during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Remove from the air fryer and garnish with parsley if desired before serving.
