- 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut (plus extra for rolling)
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed biscuits and cocoa powder.
- Add sweetened condensed milk, desiccated coconut, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in chopped nuts.
- Take small portions of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Roll each ball in extra desiccated coconut to coat.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can use graham crackers instead of digestive biscuits.
- Add a tablespoon of coffee for a mocha flavor.
