Description

Cinnamon Roll Overnight Oats combine the warm, comforting flavors of a cinnamon roll with the ease and nutrition of overnight oats, making for a delicious and healthy breakfast option.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cream cheese (optional, for swirl)
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional, for swirl)
  • 1 tablespoon milk (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. In a jar or container, combine the rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt. Stir well to combine.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  3. In the morning, mix the oats well. If using the cream cheese swirl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Spoon or swirl the cream cheese mixture on top of the oats.
  5. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a drizzle of maple syrup if desired.
  6. Serve chilled or let sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before eating.

Notes

  • You can use plant-based yogurt and milk for a vegan version.
  • Adjust sweetness to taste by adding more or less maple syrup or honey.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
