Instructions
- In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, almond milk, maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Stir well to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Let the mixture sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until it reaches a pudding-like consistency.
- Once set, stir the pudding again and top with fresh berries before serving.
Notes
