Description

These Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are a must-try savory snack! With a crunchy panko coating and a gooey, cheesy center made from mozzarella and Parmesan, they’re perfect for parties, appetizers, or anytime you crave something crispy and melty. Baked to golden perfection in just 35 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 2 large eggs

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, combine mozzarella and Parmesan until well mixed.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs with salt and pepper.

  • Form the cheese mixture into golf ball-sized bites.

  • Dip each bite into the egg mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs to coat.

  • Place the coated bites on the baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.

 

  • Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve warm.


Notes

  • For extra crunch, broil the bites for an additional 1–2 minutes at the end.
