Instructions

  • Steep butterfly pea flowers in 1/2 cup of hot water for 5–7 minutes until a deep blue hue develops. Strain and let cool.
  • In a glass, add lavender honey and stir into milk until well combined.
  • Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  • Pour the milk mixture over the ice.
