Description

These viral Blueberry TikTok Cookies are soft, chewy, and bursting with real blueberry flavor! Made with frozen blueberries and chunks of vanilla almond bark, they’re a colorful and delicious twist on your classic cookie. Perfect for sharing, snacking, or showing off on social media!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) salted butter, softened

  • 1/4 cup granulated white sugar

  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour, spooned and leveled

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

  • 2/3 cup chopped vanilla almond bark

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Heat frozen blueberries in a skillet over medium-high heat for 4–5 minutes until soft and juicy. Cool until warm or room temp.

  3. In a large bowl, beat butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together until creamy.

  4. Beat in the cooled blueberries on high until fully combined and vibrant in color.

  5. Add flour and baking powder, and mix until just combined—do not overmix.

  6. Fold in chopped vanilla almond bark.

  7. Use a 1½-inch cookie scoop to portion the dough onto the sheet pan (about 8 cookies per batch).

  8. Bake for 9–10 minutes until edges are golden and cookies are set.

  9. Cool on the pan for at least 5 minutes before serving warm or cool.

Notes

  • Beat the blueberries into the butter and sugar thoroughly for best texture and color.

  • Chop almond bark to your preference—larger chunks give more texture.

  • Bake in two batches to allow cookies room to spread.

  • Store in an airtight container at room temp for 3–5 days, or freeze for up to 6 months.

  • Place wax or parchment paper between cookie layers to prevent sticking.
