Description

This Quick and Easy Egg-in-Toast with Cheese recipe is a delicious air fryer breakfast that’s ready in under 10 minutes! With a perfectly cooked egg nestled in the center of crispy toast and topped with melted cheddar, it’s the ultimate breakfast upgrade—simple, satisfying, and customizable.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread (wholegrain recommended for added fiber)

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

 

  • Optional: a few dashes of hot sauce for serving


Instructions

  • Prep Bread: Use a spoon to gently press down a shallow well in the center of each bread slice.

  • Add Eggs: Crack an egg into the well of each bread slice.

  • Season: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Season with salt and pepper.
