Description

This Air Fryer Breakfast Burrito is a protein-packed, crispy-on-the-outside, cheesy-on-the-inside morning meal. Perfect for busy mornings or meal prep, these quick breakfast burritos are easy to make and air fry to golden perfection in under 10 minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 large flour tortillas

  • 4 scrambled eggs

  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage crumbles

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

 

  • Non-stick cooking spray


Instructions

  • Assemble Burritos: Lay out the tortillas. Fill each with scrambled eggs, sausage, and cheddar cheese. Roll tightly into burritos, tucking in the sides.

  • Prep for Air Frying: Lightly spray the outside of each burrito with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Air Fry: Place burritos in the air fryer basket seam-side down. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 6–8 minutes or until golden and crispy.

 

  • Serve: Let cool slightly and enjoy hot. Optional: serve with salsa, hot sauce, or avocado on the side.
